Fair Housing Class

Beginning 2025-2027 a Fair Housing Component is a NAR triennial requirement along with the Code of Ethics. The Sunapee Board is offering this class - Fair Housing - Illegal discrimination should never be a roadblock for those seeking a place to call home, yet there have been more fair housing complaints filed in the past year than ever before. This course will help licensees understand federal and state fair housing laws and relevant lawsuits in an engaging gameshow format, so invite fellow agents to be on your team! 3 hour NH CEU's.
